Post-Construction Cleaning

Construction dust is not regular dust. It is fine, it travels, and it comes back twice after a normal cleaning. It needs the right filters and the right order of work, otherwise you spend a week chasing it around the house.

We come in after the crew leaves and handle the part nobody looks forward to. We work from the ceiling down and repeat the passes that construction dust requires.

What is included

• Removal of adhesive residue, paint spots, stickers and labels
• Fine dust from vents, fixtures, ledges and trim
• Windows, tracks and frames
• Floors cleaned in stages, since one pass is never enough
• Final wipe down of every surface that will be touched

We coordinate with contractors and property owners. Tell us when the last crew leaves and we work around that date.
