If you provide your mobile phone number and check the consent box on our website, submit a request through one of our lead forms, or text us first, Up Services LLC may send you text messages about your cleaning estimate, scheduling, appointment reminders, and customer service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver our messages (such as our messaging platform), and only for that purpose.

4. Advertising and the Meta Pixel

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, which are operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. We use the Meta Pixel on the Website. The Meta Pixel collects information about your actions on the Website (for example, pages viewed or forms submitted) and shares it with Meta so that we can measure the results of our ads and show relevant ads to people who may be interested in our services.

We use the Meta Marketing API only to create and manage our own advertising campaigns. We do not use it to access personal data from your Facebook or Instagram account.

The sharing described above does not include mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in data and consent. These are never shared with advertising partners or any other third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

3. We will confirm receipt and delete your information within 30 days, except for information we are required to keep by law (for example, invoices and tax records).

You can also remove Up Services' access to your information from your own Facebook account under Settings & Privacy > Settings > Business Integrations, if applicable.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide our services, respond to your requests, keep business records and comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
